Registering an account enables reusing your payment data and saves time by not needing to re-enter your e-mail adress. You also get access to your favorite locations and menu items and can easily re-order. You also don’t have to worry about your receipts as you can access all your past orders once registered.
Yes, you can also order as a guest if you want to try our service. However, for every new order you will need to re-enter all the required information again. Favorite items, special discounts and invoice history are only available for registered users.
In the main menu, choose “In-House” dining to consume your order at the venue. Before making the payment you will be asked to either enter the table number you find on the table or choosing a pick-up counter. If you enter a table number, your order will brought to your table. If you selected a pick-up area, head there to receive your order. Ask the local staff in case you cannot find the pick-up area.
Before placing your order you need to enter your table number or choose the pick-up area. You can find the table number on a plate attached at the table or written on a product display at your table.
Please inform the local staff as soon as possible.
If you have registered an account, you can place an additional order within seconds. Every additional order will be charged and invoiced seperately.
Please contact the local staff in the venue regarding your fooba order. In case you are not satisfied with the service, please reach out to us using the help button by sending an e-mail to our support team.
Please note that your order is immediately forwarded to the bar and/or kitchen. Please inform the local staff immediately about your change/cancellation request.
At fooba we currently allow ordering 24 hours ahead for take-away. We are working on extending the pre-order period in the future. Please note that changes to your order or cancellations need to be adressed directly to the venue. Please reach out to the local staff in this case.
You can create a large order for your group and will receive one invoice. We are planning to enable independent group orders and splitting the invoice in the near future.
You will receive an e-mail as well as a push-message (if activated in the app and granted permission). You can also check the status of your order in the order summary menu.
As your order is immediately sent to the venue and being prepared, we cannot accept any change or cancellation within the app. Please contact the local staff immediately in such case.
fooba accepts Visa, Mastercard and ApplePay. Other cards like American Express, Diners or JCB as well as direct debit are currently not accepted due to higher merchant fees.
The refund process is automatically triggered once the venue confirms it. Your fund will be reallocated to the payment method you selected in the currency of the venue. In case a refund takes more than one week, please contact our support.
Yes, we will send you an invoice to your e-mail account. If you registered, you can also resend the invoice. It covers all locatl taxes and shows the applied tax rate as well as the tips which you selected.
A business receipt is only available for registered users. You need to access the order overview, select your order and choose “send invoice again”. Here you can choose to generate a business invoice and provide the relevant information required for generation. The new receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.
Your data is saved in a cloud data center within the European Union.
You can choose to add additional data like name, adress, phone number and a picture to your profile besides your e-mail adress. Payment details are tokenized and saved by our payment service provider and are not stored on our server.
Within your profile there is an option to delete your account. All personal profile data will be removed from our server. In case you placed orders using fooba, all relevant data for audit purposes will be kept according to German business law.
